If you want AI agents running autonomously in the background — executing jobs, managing code, running outreach, doing research while you're not there — that's Track A. If you want deep working fluency with Claude and a personal AI operating system you control directly through Chat, Cowork, and Code, that's Track B. Both are legitimate. We figure out the right fit in the first call.
No. Sessions are hands-on walkthroughs — we do it together. If you can navigate a Cloudflare account or a GitHub repo you have more than enough foundation. The goal is to make you competent and independent, not dependent on more coaching.
Chat is the core conversational interface — great for writing, research, and strategy. Cowork is a desktop agent that can operate your computer, open files, use apps, and run multi-step tasks on your behalf. Claude Code is a terminal-based coding environment that reads, writes, and executes code across your entire codebase. Knowing when to reach for each one dramatically changes what you can get done in a day.
Skills are structured instruction files (SKILL.md) that encode specific knowledge and processes — your brand voice, how to run an SEO audit, how to write a cold email. Once built, they're reusable across any task or agent. MCPs (Model Context Protocol servers) are integrations that give Claude real-time access to external tools — Google Drive, Slack, databases, APIs. Together, they turn Claude from a chat interface into something that actually knows your business and can act on it.
Yes. The curriculum maps to your actual situation. If you're running a product business and a service business simultaneously, we configure separate skills, workflows, or agent instances for each — trained on their own context, goals, and workflows.
This is direct-access, hands-on consulting — not a course. Upfront payment means both parties are committed, calendar time is secured, and we can focus entirely on building. Spots are intentionally limited because the work is genuinely hands-on and there are only so many hours in a week.
